Mural Project

We could like make a mural thats about eagles and their lives. Eagles are interesting creatures they are awesome and they are our mascots. The advantages of using a phone camera will be that we can carry it wherever and we all have one, but the camera isn't very good. SlR cameras are really good for taking pictures but they are a pain to carry around. What camera we use doesn't really matter to me.

About the black and white africa photographer

He used a Pentax 6711 with two fixed lenses.
He wanted to show these animal in their simple state of "being"
He hopes to show the animals true nature and take these photos before they go extinct
He says africa is a beautiful and wonderful place and its a shame that its vanishing before our eyes

Favorite africa photo

I like this photo because of how its just one lion laying under a single tree. It looks empty and as if he's the only one there. This photo uses the rule of photography of avoiding mergers because the lion and tree are separated and it has a clear background.

Reaction to Africa power point

The pictures showed the majestic and magnificent animals of africa. It showed me that those animals are amazing, and the black and white made the pictures seem kind of like sad. I liked the power point

Photo manipulation and ethics

The story gives you examples of instances that certain people have used photoshop or other photo editing tools to change photos. They used these tools to make some things like missiles appear to have more smoke or for there to be even more than there were originally. They also use photoshop to edit out people to make stuff like politics to seem worse than they really are. I consider this to be unethical because you are altering the truth and making people believe something is worse or better than it really is.
This one is the least offensive they just moved the pyramids closer together to make it a better looking cover.

This one was the worst on the page because they included a black student just so it seems they are a diverse school. Muy racist

Three of the 40 greatest photos ever

I picked this photo because the D-day battle was a very iconic battle of WWII and I find it interesting. I like how the picture is taking from inside the boat kind of from the view of a soldier. This photo made the cut because its showing the war and the brave soldiers who stormed the beach head on.

I picked this photo because i found it interesting how the guard takes the balloon but kind of doesn't show any facial recognition of it. I like how the picture kind of has the repetition of the soldiers then just one small white balloon. It made the cut because it shows even though its like a police barricade the little kid can still get through.

I picked this photo because its just a great photo  it shows the entire Earth from space and how it looks and that only half of  it is lit. The picture uses simplicity to bring all the interest to the Earth. Well it obviously made the cut because its such a unique picture of the Earth from space.

Selfie quick write.

Well the girl is disrespecting the whole religious thing by standing up while all the other people are bowing down praying. And she's also using her phone to take a picture of herself. No me gusta
