My favorite cover

Bloomberg Businessweek, November 12-18, 2012: "The Next Four Years"
This portrait of Barack Obama is predicting how he will look in the next four years. The maker of the magazine is saying that the stress Obama is facing during his presidency will cause him to age terribly. The portrait is good because its just focused straight on Obamas face age and features. The background is completely white and there is limited text and is in reduced in size and its just black in color. The lighting is just trying to draw attention to Obamas enhanced age and exhausted expression. The cover lines are limited and small, there is only one cover line and it is off to the side and very small in an attempt to help focus all the attention on Obamas face.

Magazine essential parts

PART 1
1.Masthead
2.Dateline
3.Selling line
4.Main Image
5.Model Credit
6.Cover lines
7.Main Cover line
8.Bar code
9.Left third
PART 2
-The masthead is the name of the magazine, The dateline is when the magazine was printed, the selling line is probably the slogan or motto that the magazine uses to get sales. The main image is just the main picture on the cover. The model credit is the name of the model used for the image. Cover lines are side stores that are also included in the magazine. The main cover line is the main story of the  article. The bar code is well just a bar code. The left third is some blank space left on the cover.

1. Our best setting was ISO 400 F4.5 Shutter Speed: 1/25 coming out with the best photo quality                           2. The second best photo was our ISO 3200.
3.We were able to change the quality of the photograph by changing around the shutter speed and aperture.
4. I learned how to use and set a camera in manual mode.
