If I could make an app it would be an app that when you download it, it gives you a special number that you can call and your phone emits a loud ringtone in case you leave your phone on silent. It'd cost a dollar.

Flood Quick Write
I don't have a flood story, my neighborhood wasn't really flooded at all. My shoes got muddy thats about it.
